Logan Taylor, Producing Director

Logan Taylor is the Founder and current Producing Director of DRG. When he isn’t working on a show, you can find him with a camera and his dog!


Isaiah Banegas, Artistic Director

Isaiah Banegas is a native of the upper Cumberlands . At the age of 11, Isaiah started at the Cumberland County Playhouse with his first role as Harvey in Captains Courageous. Isaiah has been involved in over 34 productions over the past 12 years. A few of his favorite roles include: Billy in On Golden Pond, Ralf in the Sound of Music, Nick in Camp Rock,Ren McCormack in Footloose, and Aladdin in Dream Reality Group’s production of Aladdin. Isaiah not only enjoyes his time on stage, but has enjoyed time “behind the scenes” working every job from follow spot operator to director and every job in between. Isaiah moved to Morrison in 2016 with his wife Cheyenne Banegas. Together they have two wonderful children and have opened a business of their own “Morrison Acres”. Isaiah is beyond excited to get to bring his new found love for business and his old love for the arts together with Dream Reality Group. Isaiah hopes to continue to grow this great company and bring great shows the everyone in Warren County.


Jenny Nafrada, Music Director

Hi! I’m am the mom to 3 crazy wonderful boys and the momma-aunt to a crazy beautiful girl! I am the wife of a Guamanian cowboy aviator and I love teaching music and performing. Thank you for the continued support of our community!


Vicki Myers, Stage Manager

Vicki has been with DRG since the beginning. When she’s not calling cues or working on a show, she is spending time with her wonderful family. Watching DRG grow over the last few years has been such a privilege. If you need her, she’ll be the woman in black!


Rachael Wamsley, Technical Director

Rachael has always loved design! She has loved being a part of such a wonderful crew, and is overjoyed by the confidence this program has instilled in her daughters! She love watching these concepts come to life...dreams becoming reality, literally!


Tonya Curtis, Production Manager

When I’m not serving as PM, you can find me working on costumes, makeup, all things glam! I was born and raised in McMinnville, but bringing theater to this town is what makes me proudest. In my off time, I enjoy time with my amazing and supportive family Eric, Kaylee, and Brayden.


Deb Murray, Scenic Artist

I am a mother of three and grandmother of five. I have always enjoyed painting and design. I am thrilled to be part of Dream Reality Group. I am absolutely in awe of this amazing group of people behind the scenes and on the stage. Thank you Logan, for this tremendous opportunity, and what you bring to this community.


Darbi Banegas, Choreographer

Beauty and the Beast is the show that started it all for Darbi when she played her first role as a spoon in 2008. She immediately fell in love with performing and has gone on to perform in over 40 productions on the CCP stage, taught and participated in several dance classes, and co-directed the 2016 teen cabaret "Drama and Dreams". Her favorite roles include Beth in "In-laws, Outlaws, and Other People (That Should Be Shot)”Brigitta in "The Sound of Music", and most recently Gertrude in "Seussical". Darbi has been a part of the Playhouse’s intern program for 3 seasons, working in various departments and learning just about everything it takes to put on a show! She is so excited to join the DRG Family!


Mara Karcher,

Co-Music Director/ Prop Master

Mara Karcher is a Lee University graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Vocal Music. While attending Lee University Mara had a role in many vocal groups as well as a plethora of solo performances. During these performances she sang in Latin, French, Italian, and German, in addition to English. Her membership included Opera Theatre, Unity Dance Troupe and Symphonic Band. While with Symphonic Band she was able to tour in China, Hungary, Austria, Serbia, and Croatia. After graduation she taught music and drama at Knoxville Christian School before moving to Manchester Tennessee. She has been giving private vocal lessons for the last four years and is truly passionate about seeing her students grow in their gifting and abilities in music. She has worked with mentally disabled students and students with speech disabilities and is continuously amazed at how music can transform lives. She is currently the Worship Pastor at Manchester Church of God and a licensed Minister of Music. Mara gives thanks to God and the support of her husband Kelby for all of her learning experiences thus far. She is looking forward to growing and learning even more with Dream Reality Group!
